On the first “Local Impact,” of the year Warren County Freeholder Ed Smith was the in-studio guest.

The first “Newsline” of 2017 was a special program, with WRNJ News Director Joyce Estey devoting the entire hour to a conversation with Centenary University History Professor and author Dr. Ray Frey. Centenary University celebrates its 150th anniversary this year, and Dr. drew from a wealth of archival knowledge about the college (now a university) and what is planned for the coming year.
