HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – A 22-year-old Hackettstown man wanted by the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office was found in the toothbrush aisle of a retail store on Saturday evening.
At 8:03 p.m., town police responded to the Dollar General, located at 100 Main St, in reference to an unwanted person, police said.
A police investigation revealed that Jose Gamboa wasn’t allowed in the store due to an earlier incident, police said.
The officers then located Gamboa in the toothbrush aisle, police said.
It was further discovered that Gamboa was a NJ wanted person out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office and the original offense was for possession of CDS, police said.
Gamboa was then turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office
