GREENWICH TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A Bayonne man who is accused of stealing over $100 worth of baby formula from Target on Sunday morning, was also a wanted person.
At 10:05 a.m., township police responded to Target, located at 1204 New Brunswick Ave, for a report of a man who had walked out of the store carrying 8 bottles of baby formula, valued at $155.12, police said.
Police located Russell Hooban, 28, in the parking lot and a search of Hooban resulted in the discovery of a hypodermic needle. He also had an outstanding arrest warrant out of Hudson County Superior Court for a violation of a judicial order, police said.
Hooban was charged with shoplifting and possession of a hypodermic needle. He was lodged in the Warren County Correctional Facility.
