If eating healthy is on your radar, you know how difficult that can be when you eat out. Fortunately, you get some help from the Warren County Health Department and the Rutgers Cooperative Extension. Morning Mike had the chance to talk with Community Health Planner Sarah Parremant about the “Choose Healthy Warren County” program, funded through a grant from the New Jersey Healthy Communities Network. Five Hackettstown restaurants are participating with healthy meals, designated on their menus. When you go to James On Main, Mama’s & Café Baci, the Pandan Room, Stella Gs, and TOPO, look for meals marked with a “H” to choose healthy menu items.
