Hackettstown- Be advised that today(6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), May 6, 2017 (12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) and May 7, 2017 (12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) expect traffic delays on Grand Ave near Fifth Ave due to the Hackettstown Business Improvement District (BID) Spring Festival.
Anyone attending the Spring Festival is encouraged to park at the Hatchery Field off of Fifth Ave. Once parking is filled, Fifth Ave will be closed at Grand Ave. Reese Ave will be closed during the festival.
Handicapped parking will be along the north side of Fifth Ave and in the Hatchery Hill School parking lot.
Be advised that there is NO PARKING on the following streets:
- South side of Fifth Ave from Grand Ave to Hatchery Hill School.
- Both sides of Reese Ave from First Ave to Fifth Ave.
- North side of Fourth Ave from Grand Ave to the Cul-de-sac.
- South side of Robins Ct from Grand Ave to the Cul-de-sac.
- Both sides of Grand Ave.
Any vehicles parked in the NO Parking Zones, in handicapped spots without a handicapped placard/plates or on private property (without permission) will be subject to being ticketed and towed.
