Baby fox trapped in net rescued by a NJ police officer (PHOTOS)

MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A police officer in one New Jersey town saved yet another life.

Ptl. Carmen Piccola of the Morris Township police department responded Saturday to the report of a poor baby fox caught in a goal net.

“Believe it or not, the baby fox allowed Ptl. Piccola to handle him/her in order to be free!,” police said.

The officer didn’t even receive a scratch or a bite mark. The fox was reportedly uninjured and then released, police said.

“Ptl. Carmen Piccola saved yet another live!!,” police said.
