HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) — The Hackettstown Community Pool, located on Warren Street in Hackettstown, will open Saturday June 17 for the season. The pool is open every day from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. and the last day is Labor Day.
Three week Swim sessions are also available at the community pool. Signups are from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Hackettstown High School lobby (599 Warren St).
SESSION 1- Signups will be Wednesday June 21 (pool members only) and Thursday June 22 (members and non-members). The session starts on Monday, June 26 and end on Friday, July 14.
SESSION 2- Signups will be Wednesday, July 12 (pool members only) and Thursday, July 13 (members and non-members). The session starts on Monday, July 17 and end on Friday, August 4.
SESSION 3- Signups will be Wednesday August 2 (pool members only) and Thursday, August 3 (members and non-members). The session starts on Monday, August 7 and end on Friday, August 25.
During the summer the Hackettstown Committee for Crime Prevention sponsors Teen Night, where students from Hackettstown and the sending districts grades 6 through 12 can enjoy the pool and a DJ from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Here is a list of the Teen Night dates: June 29, July 6, 12, 20, 27, and August 3.
The pool is comprised of four swimming sections including a diving area and two children’s pools with slides. Also located at the pool complex, is a snack bar and a picnic area.
