RNJ News Programs, June 26-29, 2017

“Inside Centenary” – Tuesday, June 27th @ 10:05 a.m.

This week’s “Inside Centenary” covered Dr. Haney’s upcoming presentation at Heath Village and Centenary Stage Company’s summer lineup. During the first part of the program, RNJ News Anchor and host Tom O’Halloren spoke with Centenary University President Dr. David P. Haney, and the Chief Operating Officer at Heath Village, Mary Ellen Bove. In the second half of the program, Tom spoke with Catherine Rust, the General Manager at Centenary Stage Company.

“Educationally Speaking” – Wednesday, June 28th @ 10:05 a.m.

RNJ News Director Joyce Estey is joined by her cohost, Dr. Will Austin, President of Warren County Community College. They talked with Dr. Peter Mercer, President of Ramapo College, and Christopher Romano, Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs at Ramapo College, about a new agreement giving WCCC students the opportunity to earn their degrees and then transfer to Ramapo to continue on to get their Bachelor’s degree.

“Newsline” – Thursday, June 29th @ 10:05 a.m.

In the first portion of the program, WRNJ News Director Joyce Estey welcomed Rich Maguire and Jeff Strunk, organizers of Washington Celebrates America, a day-long celebration in Washington Borough on Tuesday, July 4th. Then in the second portion of Newsline, the founder and president of Hope For the Hurt, Gilvert Andwati, talked about youth suicide prevention.
