LEBANON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Hunterdon County) – A Hunterdon County fugitive of the week has been arrested and now faces additional charges, according to Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, Chief of Detectives John J. Kuczynski, and Clinton Township Officer in Charge Lt. Doug Higgins.

Brody Crowley, 25, of Lebanon Township, was arrested by the Hunterdon County Fugitive Task Force on a warrant for absconding from and failing to adhere to the provisions of drug court, Kearns said.

In addition, Crowley was allegedly found to be in possession of heroin when taken into custody, Kearns said.

Crowley was subsequently charged with third-degree possession of heroin. He was also charged by detectives from the Clinton Township Police Department for third-degree theft of moveable property in connection with a separate investigation, Kearns said.

Crowley was lodged in the Somerset County Jail and is awaiting an appearance in the Hunterdon County Superior Court.
