Joyce Estey will talk health and fitness tips with Marianne Morano, the owner of Fit Or What. And, Jackie Ceaser, from the Military Order of the Purple Heart, Chapter 700, will tell us about her efforts to have the Empire State Building aglow for Purple Heart Day recognition.
