LOPATCONG TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A female who was allegedly smoking a cigarette inside a Dunkin’ Donuts is now facing drug charges.
At 9:20 p.m. on Tuesday, township police responded to the parking lot of Dunkin’ Donuts for a report of a suspicious person. A witness advised officers that a female came into the store allegedly smoking a cigarette, at which time they asked her to leave, police said.
The female was identified as Cecily Gentles and she was allegedly found to have a bag containing raw marijuana inside her vehicle, police said.
Gentles was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
Gentles was released on her own recognizance pending a court date.
