HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – A 4-year-old girl’s Power Wheels Mustang that was stolen earlier this month ended up with a new ride Thursday.

Kaylynn Prymakparedes received her new toy Mustang at the Hackettstown Police Department, thanks to the generous donations from Village Family Clinic and from an anonymous donor.

The blue Power Wheels Mustang was stolen from the front lawn of her residence on the 100 block of Willow Grove St between July 9 and July 10.

The suspect returned the Mustang broken on July 13 and told the victim that her friends saw the news stories about the stolen Mustang and told her to return the vehicle, police said.

“The female who took the Mustang thought it was garbage,” police said.

The victim didn’t want the person to be arrested and was just happy the Mustang was returned, police said.

Kaylynn was extremely excited and thanked the ones who donated for her new Mustang.
