MANSFIELD TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A Mansfield Township woman is facing drunk driving charges after she allegedly almost hit a police car Sunday morning.
At 2:51 a.m., an officer observed a vehicle allegedly fail to stop at the intersection of Hazen Road and Rockport Road. The officer had to apply his brakes to prevent a collision with the vehicle, police said.
The vehicle then continued north on Rockport Road and failed to maintain its lane. Dania Oseguera-Rivera, 20, was found to be intoxicated, police said.
Oseguera-Rivera was charged with DWI, underage DWI, failure to stop, failure to maintain lanes and reckless driving. She was released to a responsible adult pending a court appearance.
