Authorities make prostitution arrests at 3 massage parlors in Roxbury Twp.

ROXBURY TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – An investigation into three massage parlors in Roxbury Township has led to the arrests of three individuals, police said.

Meihua Paio, 44, female from Flushing, NY was charged with engaging in prostitution. The alleged incident occurred at the Paradine Spa located at 967 Route 46 in the Kenvil section of the township, police said.

HaiYu Quan, 49, female from Flushing, NY was charged with engaging in prostitution. The alleged incident occurred at the Wawoo Spa located at 410 Route 10 West in the Ledgewood section of the township, police said.

Zhenji Jin, 51, female from Randolph, NJ was charged with engaging in prostitution. The alleged incident occurred at the Kenvil Spa located at 694 Route 46 in the Kenvil section of the township, police said.

All three were released pending an appearance in municipal court, police said.

Two additional females were taken into custody by Homeland Security Investigations.  One female was the subject of a final order of deportation and the other was a Visa Waiver Program Overstay, police said.

The investigation was conducted by the Roxbury Township Police Department, Hopatcong Police Department, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations.
