MOUNT OLIVE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – Firefighters responded to a two-alarm fire in the Budd Lake section of the township Saturday evening.
At around 11:00 p.m., Mount Olive fire companies were dispatched to a reported structure fire at a residence on Clinton Ave, according to radio reports.
When firefighters arrived on scene, they observed the fire extending up the side of the residence.
The fire did extend to the interior of the first and second floors.
The fire was placed under control around 11:40 p.m. There was no word if there were any injuries.
Fire Departments from Netcong and Chester assisted at the scene.
