On a recent edition of the Morning Program on RNJ, Morning Mike welcomed Samantha Bunsa, a Health Officer with the Mount Olive Health Department. September is “Food Safety Month,” and important topic, considering that the U.S. Center for Disease Control estimates that 48 million Americans get sick, 128,000 are hospitalized, and 3,000 die each year from food borne illnesses.
