On a recent edition of the RNJ Morning Program, Dave Woods, the Director of Development for the House of the Good Shepherd in Hackettstown, stopped by to talk with Morning Mike. The House of the Good Shepherd is partnering with LeadingAge, the nation’s foremost organization on aging, to send aid to Senior communities in Texas that have been devastated by Hurricane Harvey. The house will match every dollar donated by staff, residents, families and friends up to $1,000. 100% of every donation will go directly to those in need and your donation is 100% tax deductible. Please make your check payable to “House of the Good Shepherd” and include “Hurricane Harvey Disaster Relief Fund” in the memo line. Send it to House of the Good Shepherd, Attn: Dave Woods, 798 Willow Grove St., Hackettstown, NJ 07840. You can also make a secure credit card donation by calling the House at 908-684-5724. If you’d like to know more about LeadingAge and their relief efforts, visit their website here.
