MANSFIELD TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – Three people were charged following a loud party complaint at Alexandria Apartments Friday evening.
At 10:01 p.m., township officers responded to a residence in Alexandria Apartments on the report of a loud party, police said.
When police arrived, they observed numerous people outside of an apartment. The individuals indicated they were from the college and had seen flyers posted regarding a party at the apartment, police said.
They said the apartment was full and the resident asked them to leave so they were waiting for a ride, police said.
While speaking with the resident the officers allegedly heard screaming coming from inside the apartment and saw a female run by. The officers entered the apartment and observed the female to be highly intoxicated. She was allegedly screaming profanities and refused to quiet down after numerous requests and after the officers called for a ride for her, police said.
Katherine R. Anderson, 21, of Hackettstown, Alex J. Lucero, 19, of Hackettstown, and John J. Karsonovich, 20, whose hometown was not released, were all charged with disturbing the peace.
All three were released pending a court appearance.
