MANSFIELD TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A 36-year-old man was arrested last week after police say he allegedly rammed his girlfriend’s car into a parked vehicle.
On September 24, at 2:12 a.m., township police responded to a residence on the report of a domestic dispute, police said.
It was reported to police that the man had rammed his girlfriend’s car into a parked vehicle intentionally and had been allegedly drinking. The man fled the scene immediately afterward, police said.
The victim advised police that the man had also damaged property in the residence, police said.
A warrant was issued for the man for harassment and fourth-degree degree criminal mischief. He was also issued summonses for reckless driving, driving with a suspended license, unlicensed driver, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident, police said.
He was arrested on September 26 and was lodged in the Warren County Jail pending a court appearance. Police didn’t release the man’s name or hometown.
