WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – On or about Monday, June 20, 2016, road construction will begin on Naughright Road. Road work is scheduled to start at 7:00 AM and end at 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. During the hours of construction, Naughright Road will be closed between the intersection of Janet Drive and Flocktown Road with a detour established. Only residents and emergency equipment will be permitted to travel Naughright Road during the closure. Police officers will be stationed at both closures during the construction hours. At the conclusion of the workday, the roadway will be re-opened to all vehicle traffic.
The project will consist of milling and resurfacing, which is scheduled to be completed by Friday, July 1, 2016. Motorists should plan an alternate route and expect delays.
