LOPATCONG TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A Phillipsburg woman who was arrested Sunday evening allegedly had a blood-alcohol level nearly four times the legal limit.
Linda L. Pyskaty, 66, was charged with driving while intoxicated.
At 7:28 p.m., township police responded to the area of Edward Street for the report of a possible intoxicated driver, police said.
When the officer arrived on scene, the officer located Pyskaty’s vehicle stopped in the middle of Edward Street. The officers immediately determined that she was highly intoxicated and took her into custody, police said.
Pyskaty was transported to Lopatcong Headquarters for processing and later found to have a blood alcohol contain of 0.31% B.A.C., nearly four times the legal limit in the State of New Jersey, police said.
Pyskaty was released to a family member with a future Lopatcong Municipal Court date.
