ANDOVER TOWNSHIP, NJ (Sussex County) – A Sparta woman who police say allegedly failed to return a rental car for nearly a month was charged Sunday morning.
Liliana J. Wall, 55, was charged with receiving stolen property.
Officers were conducting a business check at the Econo-Lodge, located on Route 2096, at 8:21 a.m. when a vehicle registration came back as being reported stolen from Clifton, NJ, police said.
Wall and Stephen M. Difilippi, 53, of Passaic, NJ were determined to be located in a room at the Econo-Lodge, police said.

Wall was taken into custody and transported back to the police station. She was released and is scheduled for a first appearance in Superior Court in February.
Difilippi had active warrants out of Sparta, Newton, Hamburg and Paterson totaling $4,950. He was taken into custody and transported back to the police station. Difilippi was later transferred to the Sparta Township Police Department due to the active warrants.
