WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A Washington Township man has been charged after he allegedly made a 911 call to report that he has no friends to hang out with and is lonely.
Douglas Decastro, 52, was charged with local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance.
On January, 14 at around 12:13 a.m., township police responded to the residence on the 20 block of Mozart Ave for a report of Decastro calling 911, police said.
Through a police investigation, it was determined that Decastro was calling 911 because he has no friends to hang out with and is lonely, police said.
Decastro was charged and released with a mandatory court date.
