MANSFIELD TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A Mansfield Township woman is facing a theft charge after she allegedly ate food at ShopRite and left without paying.
Aimee Goetting, 40, was charged on January 22 with theft.
On January 11, ShopRite loss prevention was advised of an empty container of food items that were hidden on a shelf, police said.
Surveillance video showed Goetting eating the food and then placing the empty container on the shelf. She then left the store without paying for the item, police said.
Goetting was issued a summons and released pending a court appearance.
