RNJ News Director Joyce Estey is joined by her cohosts, Former Assembly Speaker Chuck Haytaian and Independence Township Mayor Bob Giordano. Their guest was Warren County Freeholder Director Ed Smith. They discussed the budget process and the county’s 2018 spending plan.

In the first portion of the program, WRNJ News Director Joyce Estey welcomed Deborah Beards, Chief Executive Officer of the House of the Good Shepherd in Hackettstown. They addressed care in a nursing facility, the shortage of nursing assistants, and how nursing in general has changed in the last three decades.
In the second half of the program Joyce welcomed educators and students from the Belvidere School District. Stephanie Golda, High School English Teacher and Drama Club Director, and Elizabeth Porcelli, School Psychologist and Middle School Director, brought along two students – senior Logan Farley and eighth grader Owen Gately to discuss the high school’s spring musical “The Drowsy Chaperone” and the middle school production of “Singing in the Rain.”
