Police seek persons of interest in credit card fraud case

PHILLIPSBURG, NJ (Warren County) –  Phillipsburg police are asking for the public’s help in identifying two people who are considered persons of interest in the fraudulent use of a credit card.

The incident occurred on Thursday, February 1, 2018, police said

The alleged suspects are also being sought by the Colonial Regional Police Department for allegedly stealing a victims’ credit card and attempting to use it at the Target in Lower Nazareth Twp. on February 1, police said
