Mount Olive Twp. police looking for burglary suspect

MOUNT OLIVE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – Police are looking for a suspect who they say allegedly committed a burglary to a residence on Route 206, located in the Flanders section of the township, on Tuesday morning.

According to police, surveillance footage showed the suspect breaking the rear door at around 9:30 a.m., entering the home and leaving through the front door with the victim’s property.

The suspect was also recorded putting on “red”, possibly latex gloves, prior to entry, police said.

A surveillance camera image captured the suspect.

Police said to remember to be diligent by locking your homes, setting alarms and reporting any unusual people or activity in your neighborhoods.
