WASHINGTON BOROUGH, NJ (Warren County) – A Hackettstown man is facing multiple drug charges after police allegedly find heroin and crack cocaine during a traffic stop.
Christopher Malkiewicz, 37, was charged possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroin, manufacture distribute heroin and cocaine, possession with intent to distribute in a school zone, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic needle. He was also issued motor vehicle summonses for driving an unregistered motor vehicle and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle.
On February 3, at around 11:28 a.m., township police conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle, driven by Malkiewicz, in the Mid-Town parking lot located on E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough, police said.
A police investigation revealed that Malkiewicz, was in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, police said.
Malkiewicz was lodged in the Warren County Jail.
