2 men charged with distribution of LSD in Sussex County

NEWTON, NJ (Sussex County) – Two Sussex County men are facing distribution charges after they allegedly distributed more than 100 mg of LSD, Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch said.

Blake Pupo, 34, of Newton and Kevin Kilks, 43, of Hopatcong were each charged on Tuesday with two counts of first-degree crimes of distribution of more than 100 mg of LSD, Koch said.

Pupo and Kilks were investigated and arrested by the Sussex County Games, Guns and Narcotics Task Force, Hopatcong Borough Police Department, Newton Police Department, Sparta Township Police Department and the New Jersey State Police, Sussex Station following the execution of court authorized search warrants on their persons, home, and vehicles, Koch said.

If convicted of these crimes, both Pupo and Dilks would each face up to forty years of imprisonment.
