HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – Whether it’s the “Canadian Stomp” or the “Boot Scootin’ Boogie,” the folks from “Country Fusion” know how to get you on your feet and in shape!
Owner and creator of Country Fusion, Elizabeth Mooney, is a professional dancer and fitness extraordinaire with a workout that incorporates country music and dance.
Mooney was featured on the Jimmy Howes Show earlier today to talk about the ever-so-popular program that people in our area are raving about.
Country Fusion offers 50 minute line dance classes that are designed for all ages, and for males and females. The fitness aspect increases your heart rate, speeds up your metabolism, and is a great way to gear up for the summer. Also, their music consists of more than just country – such as latin, hip hop, jazz, and swing.
Mooney is not only an instructor at Country Fusion, she’s an inspiration. During the interview at WRNJ, the successful entrepreneur discussed her prior experience in the dance and fitness field. She has been dancing since she was 2 years old, and has been a fitness instructor for the last 10 years.
Mooney has also produced and directed her own Off Broadway show and has owned her own dance studio in New York. She recently moved to New Jersey, where she now resides and started Country Fusion.
