FLEMINGTON BOROUGH, NJ (Hunterdon County) – A joint narcotics investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office and the Flemington Borough Police Department has led to the arrest of a Flemington man on narcotics charges, according to Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, Chief of Detectives Frank R. Crisologo, and Flemington Borough Police Chief Jerry Rotella.
On March 29, John C. Bender, 30, of Flemington, was charged with fourth-degree possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, third-degree possession of psilocybin mushrooms with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia, Prosecutor Kearns said in a news release on Monday.
Bender was released on his own recognizance.
