NJ State Police arrest 2 and seize 107 bags of heroin during traffic stop

ROXBURY TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – Two Flanders woman are facing drug charges and seized 107 bags of heroin during a traffic stop on Monday.

Pamela Looney, 60, and Allison Knoedler, 32, were charged with possession of heroin, possession of hypodermic needles, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal under the influence. Looney was also charged with DWI.

On April 23, at 12:34 p.m., Trooper I Gerald Dellagicoma stopped Looney for an alleged traffic violation on westbound Interstate 80 at milepost 32.1 in Roxbury Township.

As a result of the stop, Tpr. Dellagicoma arrested Looney for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. After further investigation, Trooper Dellagicoma found that Looney and Knoedler were in possession of heroin, hypodermic needles, and drug paraphernalia.

Both were released pending a court appearance.
