NEWTON, NJ (Sussex County) – A Budd Lake man has entered a guilty plea to burglary and theft charges, the prosecutor’s office said.
Christopher Faulkner, 28, pled guilty to five counts of third-degree burglary and one count of third-degree theft before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on May 21.
Faulkner allegedly admitted to breaking in to several motor vehicles in Hopatcong taking cash, tools, cell phone chargers and other various items in 2016.
Faulkner is scheduled to be sentenced on July 6, 2018.
