Pa. man charged in heroin distribution investigation

PHILLIPSBURG, NJ (Warren County) – A six week investigation into the alleged distribution of heroin in Phillipsburg has led to the arrest of a Pennsylvania man, according to Warren County Prosecutor Richard Burke.

On Friday, Phillipsburg police, Washington Township Police, Hackettstown Police, NJ State Police and the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant of a residence in Phillipsburg, Burke said.

According to the prosecutor’s office, heroin, paraphernalia, packaging material, and 12 pens filled with suspected THC were found during the search, Burke said.

Kyle Dickey, 26, of Roseto was charged with one count of third-degree possession of heroin, one count of third-degree possession with the intent to distribute heroin and one count of third-degree distribution of heroin.

Each third-degree offense carries a maximum term of imprisonment of five years and/or a fine of $35,000 for possession and $75,000 for distribution or possession with the intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance.
