FLEMINGTON, NJ (Hunterdon County) – A Pennsylvania man was indicted by a Hunterdon County Jury for allegedly distributing heroin that resulted in the death of a Hunterdon County man, according to Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III.
Richard J. Ricciardi, 46, of Easton, was indicted on June 28 for one count of first-degree strict liability for drug-induced death, Kearns said.
Ricciardi was arrested on June 1, 2018, after he distributed a controlled dangerous substance, specifically heroin, which resulted in the death of a Clinton Township man, Kearns said.
Ricciardi is scheduled for his first status conference on August 24.
