Recognize him? Hackettstown police need your help identifying suspect wanted in school burglary

HACKETTSTOWN,N.J. (Warren County) – Hackettstown police need your help identifying a suspect wanted in a burglary that happened at the Hatchery Hill School, 398 Fifth Ave.

According to police, the school was broken into between 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday July 19. The male entered the building through a hatch on the roof. While the suspect was in the school, the motion alarm was activated and the male left through a rear door of the school.

It’s unknown if anything was taken from the school, police said.

The suspect is described as light skinned male, with dark colored hair, wearing glasses, a red shirt, blue jeans, a backpack and riding a bicycle,police said.

Anyone with any information or that might have seen something suspicious in the area of Hatchery Hill School during the time of the burglary is asked to contact the Hackettstown Police Department at 908-852-3302 or text TIP HACKPD followed by your message to 888-777.
