CLINTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Hunterdon County) — Local officials are seeking the return of a giant inflatable duck, which went missing from a pond last week in Clinton.

The Town of Clinton shared a photo of the 5-foot 4-inch tall duck on their Facebook page, which was last seen during the town’s annual rubber duck race.

“To the person or persons who are responsible, it might be best to get ducky back to where he belongs,” the Facebook post said.

The duck went missing sometime between 10:00 p.m. Sunday and 8:20 a.m. Monday.

The Hunterdon County Crime Stoppers is offering a $250 reward for the duck’s return.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the inflatable duck is asked to contact the Clinton Police Department at 908-735-8611.
