A program offering free GED instruction to youth in parts of Warren and Sussex Counties launches this Fall at project self sufficiency. The program will welcome applicants aged 16-25 who have not graduated high school.
The funding for the program, which pays and provides childcare for those enrolled, comes from a Department of Labor and Workforce Development grant.
