HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. (Warren County) – Two Hackettstown men were charged after allegedly vandalizing a sign along Main St.
At 1:53 p.m. on Tuesday, police responded to the 100 block of Main St for a report of two males vandalizing a sign, police said.
Police found Vladimir Delacruz, 21, of Hackettstown, NJ and Christopher McMorrow, 21, of Hackettstown, NJ in an apartment building on Main St.
While the officer was talking to McMorrow, the officer detected the odor of raw marijuana. He had in his possession two baggies containing suspected marijuana, police said.
Delacruz was charged with disorderly conduct.
McMorrow was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.
Both were released pending a court appearance.
