BLAIRSTOWN TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Warren County) – A Warren County chiropractor was arrested Tuesday after allegedly  in sexual contact with two female patients, Warren County Prosecutor Richard Burke said Friday.

The charges come just weeks after, Edward Kramer, 61, of Blairstown was barred from treating female patients until a female monitor was in place to oversee the interactions.

Kramer operates Kramer Family Chiropractic, 174 Route 94 in Blairstown Township. He is charged with two counts of criminal sexual contact and each count carries up to 18 months in state prison.

According to the Burke, both victims were patients of Kramer when he inappropriately touched them.

Kramer had his first court appearance on Wednesday, where he was released with the following conditions: That he comply with the New Jersey Chiropractic Licensing Board recommendations and have no contact with the victims.

The Warren County Prosecutors Office Special Victims Unit conducted the investigation along with the Blairstown Police Department.
