Police capture man wanted for Hackettstown burglary

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. (Warren County) – A homeless man accused of burglarizing a car in Hackettstown has been captured, police said.

Richard Jarry, 36, was arrested Saturday in Stanhope and is being held in the Warren County correctional Facility on $10,000 bail, police said.

On December 12, Jarry allegedly entered a vehicle that was parked on the 400 block of Warren St. In the course of the burglary, Jarry took approximately $2.00 in loose change and a Wells Fargo check book from the center console.
