Join us tomorrow, April 13th!

Are you tired of sifting through fake news and alternative facts? Do you know how to spot a fake news story when you encounter one? On April 13 from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m., the WBID hosts a special Lunch & Learn titled, “Is it Fake – or Real – News.”

The event, a panel and group discussion featuring Joyce Estey of WRNJ Radio, Karen Hillyer, Communications Professor at Warren County Community College, and Jim Dorgan, Editor at The Express-Times, will give attendees the insight they need to effectively sort through the many traps and pitfalls media consumers can fall prey to when following content that is portrayed as “news.Image may be NSFW.
