On Saturday afternoon, Hackettstown police responded to Home 
Towne Hardware on Main Street in reference to a theft complaint. Through an investigation it was determined that on Friday afternoon a male had opened the cash register near the side door and stole approximately $75.00.
The male left the premise and headed east on Main Street. Anyone with information who might know the identity of this person is asked to contact the Hackettstown Police Department at 908-852-3302.
