On the Monday edition of the Morning Program, Morning Mike caught up with Phae Moore, the Executive Director of the National Center for the Prevention of Home Improvement Fraud. This nonprofit organization has been around since 2009, advising homeowners on how to avoid getting hurt by fraudulent home repair contractors. Moore wrote a book, “Don’t Even Think About Ripping Me Off!” which contains much of the basic information and tips that the organization staff shares with thousands of people all over the country each year.
