“Healthier Living” – Tuesday, @ 10:05 a.m.
Presented by the Hackettstown Medical Center, co-hosted by Lisa Dimiceli, Manager of Marketing and Public Relations for HMC, and Jim Furgeson, Chief Development Officer of the Foundation for Hackettstown Medical Center. This month’s program was all about strokes. Lisa and Jim spoke with Dr. Maulik Trivedi, the Medical Director of HMC’s Emergency Department, and Beth Waters, the Nurse Manager of HMC’s Emergency Department. Also in the studio was Wendy Beatrice, HMC’s Stroke Coordinator.
“Rob Jennings At Large” – Wednesday, May 24th @ 10:05 a.m.
Host Rob Jennings is a writer for the Star-Ledger newspaper and NJ.com, covering northwest New Jersey. a monthly program featuring interviews with New Jersey newsmakers. Rob interviewed David Wasserman, the House editor for the Cook Political Report, which rates Congressional races. This publication recently declared Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen’s re-election bid to be more competitive than in the past. Rob also talked with Representative Leonard Lance. Krista Jenkins, executive director of Public Mind and a professor of political science at Fairleigh Dickinson University, discussed the upcoming Democratic and Republican primaries for governor.
“Newsline” – Thursday, May 25th @ 10:05 a.m.
In the first portion of the program, WRNJ News Director Joyce Estey welcomed
a group of veterans from Long Valley, to share wisdom mixed with stories of their time in the military. Then in the second half of the program, Joyce spoke with some Hackettstown High School students who were headed to the “Freddy’s,” a program which awards high school theatrical productions.
