MORRIS COUNTY:
Dover – Fireworks Celebration and Concert on Monday, July 3rd at Hamilton Field, Route 46, Dover. Gates open at 6 p.m. Seating available on bleachers or track only. No alcohol allowed. Tickets available at the gate for $3; $2 for students and $1 for seniors. Rain date is Wednesday, July 5th.
East Hanover – Fireworks on Tuesday, July 4th in Lurker Park, Ridgedale Ave. Event features a DJ and food vendors starting at 8 p.m. with fireworks at 9:15 p.m. Rain date is Wednesday, July 5th.
SUSSEX COUNTY:
Lake Hopatcong — Sponsored by the Lake Hopatcong Yacht Club, the Friday, June 30th fireworks are visible to everyone on the lake. Fuel docks at the club will be open late for those who need it.
The fireworks usually being at 9:15 p.m. and are sent off from a barge in the lake.
WARREN COUNTY:
Allamuchy Township – On Saturday, July 1st at 5pm (Rain Date, Sunday, July 2nd) at Rutherfurd Hall on Rt 517, bring your chairs, blankets, coolers and the entire family to enjoy music, awesome food vendors and an amazing fireworks display.
This is a FREE EVENT. Buses will shuttle attendees from Panther Valley Ecumenical Church on Rte 517. Free buses will stop when we reach capacity.
Blairstown – on Tuesday, July 4th, 10:30 a.m. Footbridge Park Fourth of July event. Family-friendly contests, children’s activities, food and vendors will end with a Duck Race courtesy of the Blairstown Rotary Club. At 9 p.m. at North Warren Regional High School will be fireworks.
Washington Borough – Washington Celebrates America announced recently that Bruce and Leslie Schott will be this year’s Grand Marshals for the annual July 4th parade.
The Washington Celebrates America festivities also includes a Soap Box Derby for kids which kicks off events in the morning on Broad Street. The parade steps off at 3:30 p.m. Prior to the fireworks, DJ Doc South will entertain at the middle school.
