MANSFIELD TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – Authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying the owner of a dog abandoned in Mansfield Township, police said on Friday.
The dog was left on the side of Mt Bethel Road on Thursday at 3:30 p.m, according to the Mansfield Township police.
