Police arrest 19 in drug related cases in Blairstown Twp.

BLAIRSTOWN TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – Over the past several months, the Blairstown Township Police Department has conducted and completed numerous investigations and search warrants into the growing issue of narcotics within the Township, Blairstown Township Police Captain Scott Johnsen said.

“Thanks to these efforts we have been able to make progress towards everyone’s goal of keeping Blairstown safe and clean,” Johnsen said.

The following arrests were made for alleged narcotics or related crimes and offenses:

  • Kieran Flynn was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of paraphernalia.
  • Nicholas McBride was charged with possession of heroin, possession with intent to distribute, possession of hypodermic needles.
  • Tyler Elliot was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of paraphernalia
  • Hunter Morgan was charged with possession of heroin, possession with Intent to distribute, possession of hypodermic needles and criminal trespass.
  • Carly Piwowarczyk was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams.
  • A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams.
  • Christopher Campanelli was charged with possession of heroin and driving while under the influence.
  • Peter Gurdak was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass.
  • Kenneth Beers was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Rachael Fagan was charged with possession of heroin and possession of hypodermic needles.
  • Shawn Stephens was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of paraphernalia.
  • Abraham Sulton was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams.
  • Kevin Kane was charged with two counts of possession of meth, two counts of possession with intent to distribute and possession of controlled dangerous substance with Intent to distribute in a school zone.
  • Heather Doyle-Bohot was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of possession with intent to distribute, possession of controlled dangerous substance with Intent to distribute in a school zone, possession of meth and two counts of conspiracy to distribute meth.
  • James Pyne was charged with two counts of distribution of Xanax, three counts of possession with Intent to distribute controlled dangerous substance, three counts of Possession of Xanax and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Danieal Forest was charged with distribution of over 1 oz of marijuana, possession over 50 grams of marijuana, distribution of less than 1 oz Marijuana over 5 lbs, possession of molly and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Anthony Galione  was charged with possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of Oxycontin, possession of Xanax, possession of paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic needle.
  • This month, Korey Ball, 32, and Jessica Russo, 23, both of Blairstown Townshipwho were in the presence of a man experiencing symptoms of a drug overdose, were both charged after they allegedly didn’t seek medical help. Ball was charged with possession of heroin, possession of hypodermic needles, possession of a schedule I, II, III, IV narcotic and endangering the welfare of a sick or injured person. Russo was charged with  possession of heroin, possession of hypodermic needles and endangering the welfare of a sick or injured person.
