In the first portion of the program, WRNJ News Director Joyce Estey welcomed Warren County Surrogate, Kevin O’Neil and Deputy Surrogate Tom Thorpe, to explain the inner workings of the Surrogate’s office. In the second half of the program Joyce spoke with administrators and educators from Warren Hills Regional about the school district’s gifted and talented programs.
