Blairstown Twp. man pleads guilty to receiving stolen property, heroin charge

NEWTON, NJ (Sussex County) – A Blairstown Township man has entered a guilty plea to receiving stolen property and possession of heroin, the prosecutor’s office said.

Korey J. Ball, 32, pled guilty to third-degree receiving stolen property and third degree possession of heroin before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on January 29.

In pleading guilty, Ball allegedly admitted to receiving stolen property, specifically an ATV and to being in possession of heroin.

The case was investigated by Trooper Rodriguez of the New Jersey State Police.

Sentencing is presently anticipated for March 23.
